Scope of PositionEnsure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service.Customer Service Representatives in distribution are on the front lines of providing exceptional customer service for our customers and ensuring their freight is handled properly. This entails providing effective communication, executing movement of freight, managing inventory, troubleshooting issues, and creating solutions to meet customer expectations.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PMMajor Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide Exceptional Customer service Communicate with domestic and international customersCommunicate with domestic and international offices Comply with customer requirements and proceduresPrepare and process order documentation for customer shipmentsReview documents for accuracy and compliance Update shipment information in the Expeditors systemsTrack and trace cargo Communicate timely status updates to customers Comply with US. and foreign regulationsInvoice customers accurately and timely, for services providedProvide solutions to customersCommunicate with domestic service providers
