Description:
Will co-develop with Engineers, processes for assembly, packaging and testing of Molex products
Operate and support automated assembly equipment
Perform troubleshooting activities and tests on sub-assemblies and products
Document developed processes
Train operators
Assist with improving, monitoring and performing manufacturing process
Able and willing to work off-hours as needed
Skills:electronics, technician, r&D, schematic, troubleshooting, testing, blueprint, mechanical, ProductionQualifications:
Associate's Degree, preferred
3+ years of experience in micro-electronic packaging.
Working knowledge of test equipment (DMM, O-Scope, power supplies, etc.)
Familiar with micro-optics a plus.
Good understanding of common packaging processes such as soldering, wire bonding, adhesive dispensing processes, hands-on assembly
Good understanding of electronic principles
Able to work independently and in a group
Familiar with statistical techniques and terms a plus (Mean, Standard Deviation, etc)
