Description We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the backbone of the Human Resources department and assists with maintain all HR activities and programs such as staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee all human resources programs and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
Assist with employee relation issues.
. Conduct new employee orientation and training programs.
Coordinate administrative functions of the HR department.
Assist with the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR coordinator.
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
Strong ability in using MS Office.
Experience with HRMS and ATS systems.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
