Over the years, we have been a leading supplier of premium composite golf and archery products worldwide under the Mitsubishi Chemical, Aldila, and Victory Archery brands.Job PurposeThe Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries for Mitsubishi Chemical Graphite Shafts and Aldila Golf Accounts & Customers. This role will also be responsible for responding to product related questions and fulfillment of daily orders and filing of necessary documents.Principal Accountabilities

Handle consistent call volume while exceeding customer’s expectations on each interaction

Responsible for explaining the features and benefits of golf products

Responsible for processing return authorizations for credit and warranty issues

Provide account status updates of sales orders

Troubleshoot account and shipping problems with FedEx tracing

Directly handling service requests for Aftermarket Sales Manager, OEM Sales Manager, and Tour Representatives

Day to day order entry, order fulfillment, and assist in managing Aftermarket inventory

Timely organization of customer order confirmations, invoices, and no charge documents

Willing and able to take on special projects and training as assigned and to complete such projects with thoroughness and accuracy in a timely manner

Proficient in basic order entry and computer skills to process sales and tour order requests

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Platforms (including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, A/X)

Professional, friendly, and clear communication skills – both written and verbal

Strong customer service and relationship building skills

Knowledgeable in MCA Golf products/components, club fitting/building, and overall gold industry understanding

Problem solving and ability to resolve issues effectively

Detail-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated

Demonstrates ability to work in an organized and efficient manner while multi-tasking

Minimum 1-2 years related golf and customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university a plus

The salary range for this position is 20 - 30 Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
