We are looking for someone who has experience in client server type of applications.Ideal candidate should be strong in C and good working knowledge of VB and C# Dot Net.This is for a year long project - We are starting a migration project.The current project has VB6 in client stations and on the server side we have COBOL programs and DB2 runs on Mainframe.There is a C component connecting the client and server.The plan is to change the VB6 screens on the client systems to C# Dot Net screens. When we do this, there would be some change needed in the C layer.We are looking for someone strong in C who has knowledge of VB6 and C# Dot Net so that the candidate can manage the changes in the C layer.There is a different team to change the screens from VB6 to C#.
