The Embassy Suites San Francisco Airport - Waterfront is looking for a Sales & Catering Coordinator to support the Sales & Catering team in a dynamic work environment. We are strategically located just a few miles south of the San Francisco airport.What will you be doing as Sales & Catering Coordinator?
Coordinates projects and activities
Maintains communication among departments to ensure successful execution of events
Create Banquet Event Orders
Provides the director and managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support
Answers telephones and assists internal & external guests with requests
Makes travel arrangements
Route incoming mails, BEO's, group resumes, etc.
Maintains detailed filing system for the department
Processes group rooming lists
Manages department office supplies
Performs other general office duties.
Assists on special projects as needed.
