THE JOBLive Nation is seeking a self-motivated, strategic and energetic individual for Vice President of VIP Nation within the Concerts division. Reporting to the SVP of VIP Nation, this role is responsible for identifying and implementing new ways to elevate the fan experience, while focusing on the effectiveness and efficiency of VIP Nation operations.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in VIP touring operations or similar role, ability to manage detailed budgets and negotiations with clients, will have strong track record of team leadership, strategic planning and creativity, and will assist the SVP in all department initiatives. The ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with all levels of business is essential to this position. Maintaining knowledge of current VIP trends in the entertainment industry is an essential element to this position.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

· Identify and seek out new business and revenue opportunities

· Establish & maintain positive relationships with artist management, promoters, and agents for client retention

· Research, develop and curate unique artist, fan and luxury VIP experiences for tours

· Build VIP program budgets, package descriptions, pricing and strategy decks for all stakeholders

· Oversee budgeting and negotiation of VIP program deal terms with clients

· Oversee all aspects of VIP program execution and tour logistics, from inception to close

· Manage and evaluate VIP inventory for respective tours for increased profitability

· Have a full understanding of the forecasting and settlement process

· Drive consistency and standardization across all aspects of VIP Nation operations

· Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Marketing & Ticketing departments for program execution

· Provide support and guidance to VIP Nation team members through training and mentoring

· Develop strong working relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders to ensure to exceed VIP expectations for best fan experience

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

· Bachelor’s degree, top-tier university/college

· 10+ years of related experience in VIP Touring, Luxury Hospitality, or Live Events

· Working knowledge of Ticketmaster and other ticketing systems

· Well versed in current marketing and sales trends

· Strong experience in on-site touring operations

· Strategic and critical thinker who is dynamic, forward-thinking, and well-organized

· Strong leader with experience managing diverse, high performing teams

· Outstanding problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve issues quickly

· Ability to own and manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Flexible and reliable team player both within the department and within the organization as a whole

· Self-starter who is extremely detailed-oriented and works well under pressure

· Frequent travel is required, both domestic and international

· Consistent in-venue and on-site team support is essential to the success of this role

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Canva is a must
