Description We are a reputable Business Management firm located in Beverly Hills looking for a self-motivated and timely Bookkeeper to join our team. We are seeking an experienced, Temp-to-Hire Full-time Bookkeeper who has a keen eye for detail and an excellent understanding of accounting principles. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of financial legislation, have strong numerical skills, possess a sense of ownership and pride in their performance and its impact on company’s success.Responsibilities:
Handle daily bookkeeping duties including AR/AP, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and maintaining general ledger.
Conduct regular financial analysis.
Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date and accurate.
Compile and present financial reports for review.
Assist with budget tracking and forecasting.
Liaise with clients and manage communication.
Ensure compliance with state revenue service.
Assess and manage inventory, cost control and communication of all financial information to management.
Any other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Datafaction, QuickBooks, and Agilink.
Skilled in Excel and other MS Office software.
Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Detail oriented and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in performing all tasks.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
This is a Full-time position located on-site in Beverly Hills five days a week.
