Job Title: Research and Development Technician - Food ScienceJob DescriptionSeeking a dedicated recent New Graduate with a Food Science Degree for a Research and Development Technician to join our team. Responsibilities include pilot batching, utilizing Genesis for label and ingredient specifications, and matching formulations. The role supports the Lead Scientist and formulates ingredients for sales with Tortilla companies. Additional duties involve conducting lab evaluations, managing scale and pilot batches, maintaining ingredient inventory, and product development to win business. The successful candidate will also address customer complaints and troubleshoot formulation issues.Hard Skills
