Hey!
My name is Ryan Dobbs. I am a no bull sht real estate broker and the owner of The Ryan Dobbs Real Estate Team. I am looking for highly motivated and driven salespeople who want to learn the ins and outs of real estate and become top producing agents in Bakersfield.
Before you even consider applying, you should know a few things about me since you will be working with me everyday. I’m a Type A personality, I cuss a lot, I’m straight forward and will tell you how it is. I’ve created a lot of success in my real estate career and I am now building the number one real estate team in Kern County. We have more leads than we can handle and I don’t want to burn those leads by letting them fall through the cracks. I don’t accept agents that think they know it all already and aren’t willing to adopt our systems. I don’t accept part-time agents and I don’t accept excuses for not hitting your own goals.
That being saiddon’t be confused, I’m not the Grinch. We have a ton of fun on my team, we have built strong friendships and even hang out outside of work. Our families know each other; we are a unit and help each other and that’s what I want. Ride-or-die type people on my team. I don’t expect you to be a top producing agent when you get here. FIERCELY COMMITTED, held accountable for hitting your goals, and coachable you will become one, I promise. I provide all of the training, resources, leads, and support you need to close a minimum of two deals a month. You do that and you are in the top 5% of agents in Kern
County. I know what it takes because I’ve been doing it since my first year in the business.
I don’t charge my agents any fees, I don’t charge for leads, I don’t charge for training and coaching, I don’t charge for a desk and office equipmentI pay for it all. This is the reason I don’t just take anyone with a real estate license and a pulse, or allow people to remain on the team who are not committed to closing A LOT of deals.

0-24 months experience (I can be flexible on this though)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
