Credit card uploads and classification for multiple companies - Daily
Quickbooks transaction classification for multiple companies - Daily
Quickbooks reconciliations for multiple companies - Monthly
Quickbooks problem solving - Daily
AppFolio (property management database) transaction classification - Daily
Payroll Preparation for multiple companies - Weekly
Remote bank deposits - As needed
Trips to the bank - As needed
Ability to forward think & problem solve - Daily
Resourceful - Daily
Able to quickly shift gears between multiple company needs/demands - Daily
