We're Seeking Experienced Paving Professionals

Open Positions:
Roller Operators: Experience with various types of rollers (e.g., tandem, pneumatic tire) required.
Screed Operators: Proven experience operating paving screeds for asphalt and concrete.
Project Managers: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills essential. Experience in project planning, scheduling, and budget management required.
Estimators: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with bid preparation, material takeoffs, and cost analysis required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the paving industry.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
