Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Hot Tub Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hot tubs, as well as delivering and setting up hot tubs at customer locations. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hot tubs at customer locations
- Perform inspections and maintenance to ensure the quality and functionality of hot tubs
- Deliver hot tubs and provide setup assistance
- Communicate detailed service reports to customers and our team
- Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and respect
- Offer technical support to both customers and fellow team members
- Work independently and collaborate with others as needed

Qualifications & Skills:
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and equipment
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and motivation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Must be able to pass a background check if requested
- Seeking long-term employment with opportunities for growth

Physical Demands:
- Ability to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor)
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, twist, and reach overhead for extended periods
