We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Batching Operator to join our production team at a leading water company in Bakersfield, CA. The Batching Operator will be responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and batching materials used in the production of products. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and production efficiency
Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $19.00/HR
Monday-Friday 5pm-5:30am (Must be available to work overtime and holidays)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate batching equipment and systems safely and efficiently
Follow precise formulas and instructions to measure and mix ingredients
Monitor and record batch data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Conduct quality checks and report any deviations or issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Comply with all safety and company procedures
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
Previous experience in batching, manufacturing, or similar industrial roles preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
Willingness to work night shifts and holidays
Dependable with good time management
