Hoagies is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front‑of‑House Shift Leader to supervise our daily floor operations, lead our team, and ensure every guest has a remarkable dining experience.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee FOH staff (servers & bartenders), ensuring smooth service throughout the shift
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a safe dining environment
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely and accurate ticket fulfillment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a supervisory FOH role, preferably in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Guest-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
Familiar with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
