Customer Service Representative

Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in Bakersfield, California. This role involves setting up banners at various locations and documenting the process through photography. This is a short-term contract opportunity in the customer service industry, where you will be interacting with customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and performing data entry tasks, among other responsibilities.Responsibilities: Travel to different locations to set up banners and capture images. Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls. Maintain superior customer service by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues. Perform data entry tasks to keep customer records up-to-date. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks. Schedule appointments as needed. Use email for correspondence with customers and team members. Manage order entries accurately. Ensure all locations are properly set up as per guidelines. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required Must possess excellent customer service skills Experience in a call center environment is desirable Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls Responsible for data entry tasks and order entry operations Must be able to schedule appointments efficiently Superior customer service skills are a must Experience in email correspondence with clients Role involves location set up tasks Ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally Must be committed to providing exceptional service to customers.
