Billing Specialist

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the construction/contractor industry in Azusa, California, for a Billing Specialist. As a Billing Specialist, you will be expected to provide efficient and accurate customer service, manage customer credit applications, and maintain organized records. Your role will also involve responding to customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts.Responsibilities: Accurately process and manage customer credit applications using Accounting Software Systems Maintain and update customer credit records in a timely and organized manner Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to billing Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status Execute accounting functions using ADP - Financial Services Ensure accurate and efficient computerized billing Utilize EHR SYSTEM and Epic Software for managing customer records Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks Respond to and manage answering inbound calls from customers Use 'About Time' software for efficient time management and record keeping.
