- 3+ years specific experience writing technical requirements and design
- Proven experience writing requirements, procedures, and process documentation
- Ability to translate detailed documentation into simple, easy to understand presentations or "how-to" style documents
- Experience with these key tools used for documentation: Confluence (including advanced features, such as Templates), GitHub, Google Docs/Sheets/Presentations
- Experience with creating data visualizations and infographics
- Experience in authoring highly readable and useable documentation with a deep technical focus
