SUMMARY: The AHD Receptionist for Alameda Hospital at Park Bridge greets visitors, determines nature of business, answers questions, and directs them as appropriate. Provides information and assistance to visitors and residents. Answers inquiries from the general public. Operates the telephone system to receive incoming calls. Schedules appointments, maintains conference room schedule, receives or sends out messenger/courier items. May assist the business office/accounting specialist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and resident account functions. Performs related duties as required.
