We value our employees and invest in their success.We offer:Excellent pay plan!Up to $5000 sign-on bonus for experienced proven performanceRelocation assistance, including toolsMedical, dental and hospital insuranceMatching 401(k) savings planPaid vacation up to 3 weeksOpportunities for advancement5-day work weekLow cost of livingResponsibilities - Master Technician:Quickly and efficiently perform routine maintenance and service, and identify the cause of defects, and trouble-shoot and repair them using the most optimal solutions and efficiency.Conferring with customers or service advisors to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and discussing work to be performed.Assist technicians with their skills, providing technical support when needed and monitoring performance and productivity.Make sure to completely notate repairs and concerns though ADP/CDKTest and adjust required systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications.Ensure that the shop is in excellent condition with regard to cleanliness, safety, and equipment condition, and conduct periodic spot checks to maintain high-quality service.Test-drive vehicles; testing components and systems; using equipment such as infrared engine analyzer, compression gauges and computerized diagnostic devices.Qualifications - Master Technician:Nissan certification requiredAt least five years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician.ASE certification requiredUnderstand and keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect their operations, but also to comply with these regulations as well as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know regulations and provide necessary training on these regulations and ethical practices.Be prepared to work extended hours when necessary to achieve goals.Must hold a valid driver's license.Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.Computer skills.Must supply own tools (special/job-specific tools and equipment provided by dealership)Upload resume and complete online assessment for immediate considerationApplicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.We are an equal opportunity employer.
