Regularly update the Plumbing Service Manager on training, customer service, personnel matters, and related issues. Work to improve department and individual technician KPI’s through coaching and training. Lead and develop plumbers by motivating the team to work at their maximum productivity. Monitor procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communications with staff. Ensure that invoices and forms are correctly filled out for accuracy during processing. Ensure plumbers understand and execute three-point customer contact for service/maintenance calls and how to perform data entry. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to offer relevant guidance. Emphasize the importance of delivering exceptional customer service during every interaction. All other duties as assigned.Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years plumbing service work while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating. Have great customer service. Be a leader and mentor to others. Possess the ability to grow and train a team. Knowledge and understanding of field personnel processes and procedures. Excellent ability to explain technical information to technicians. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
