Our equipment team technician is primarily responsible for troubleshooting, servicing and repairing heavy construction equipment.
- Independently perform all levels of diagnosis and troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and repair
- Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust repairs
- Develop and maintain customer service relationships with field and construction crews
- Strong knowledge of Caterpillar, Komatsu and John Deere Equipment
- Be able to read and comprehend service and parts manuals, technical bulletins and other related publications
- A working knowledge of heavy equipment electrical and hydraulic functions
- Ability to work independently with a customer focused attitude
- Ability to perform work with a focus on safety, quality and integrity
- Ability to be a self-starter and able to perform alone or within team
