The MRI Modality Performance Manager (MPM) will lead and implement the Service Support Strategy and will ensure expected business results are achieved for their assigned modality.Your role:
Manage a team of 8 resources for all aspects of MRI customer support operations in North America.
Manage, understand, and communicate MRI business financial reporting as needed, including monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations.
Research, investigate and analyze the effectiveness of existing processes and tools to drive the timeliness of revenue recognition through service installs, clinical training, and education for field team members.
Partner with the Modality Performance Manager Team (across modalities) to identify and clarify the top 3 productivity, process, material usage improvement needs.
Initiate & implement initiatives to address top FSE productivity outliers and improvement needs, reduce parts consumption and lead and implement initiatives to improve NPS and customer loyalty.
You're the right fit if:
Associates Degree Required; 4-year technical degree preferred
People leadership experience with 5+ years servicing applicable modality equipment required, 10 years preferred.
Demonstrated skills and experience with troubleshooting and resolving image quality issues.
Ability to travel 50+ percent nationally

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
