Desktop Support Technician Long-Term Contract Opportunity Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Overview:
- Image PCs
- Install software
- Troubleshoot complex issues
- Complete service requests and incidents
- Provide additional end user support as needed
- Desktop support experience background in an enterprise environment needed
- Hardware break-fix skills
- Hardware and software application support experience
- Ticketing system experience a plus (i.e. ServiceNow)
- Must have intermediate Active Directory experience (resetting passwords, adding machines to domain)
- Experience refreshing / reimaging machines a plus
- Remote control experience a plus (i.e. LogMeIn)
- A+ certification a plus but not required
- Previous enterprise experience preferred
- Ability to work with all types of end users
- Ability to support a professional office enterprise environment
- Experience supporting up to 200 end users on-site
- Good communication skills
