511E Cycle Counter

The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts and audits. This role involves investigating and analyzing discrepancies, identifying root causes, and making necessary system adjustments. The Cycle Counter will also operate equipment to access inventory, maintain accurate records, and support overall warehouse operations.Essential Job Functions:Perform planned and unplanned cycle counts (C/C) and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.Investigate and analyze inventory discrepancies, determining root causes.Process necessary inventory movements and adjustments in WMS/SAP.Document findings and prepare investigation reports (I.T.’s).Accurately enter data into Excel spreadsheets and maintain inventory records.Operate a Man-Up, Cherry Picker, Forklift, and Turret Truck to conduct cycle counts in all 511E areas.Utilize RF units for scanning and tracking inventory movements.Assist with other inventory-related duties as assigned.
