This position is for Pactiv, a company of Reynolds Group Holdings Limited
Description :
Operate all equipment required to transfer film, resin, padding, production supplies, pallets, finished goods, roll stock, and other raw materials to the appropriate areas.
All equipment includes, but is not limited to, forklift, clamp-lift, hi-packers, baler, Big Joe, Glad hands, Dock Lock, etc.
Must be able to maintain an adequate inventory level to support all production orders including, but not limited to, conducting cycle counts, daily inventory, etc.
Must be able to operate a forklift and possess Pactiv Malvern forklift license
Load and unload trucks efficiently in accordance with department standards.
Communicate pertinent information to relief at shift change to allow for a smooth turnover
Obey all safety rules and procedures
Complete check off sheets on forklift maintenance
Must be able to complete daily tasks with minimal or no supervision
GMP Responsibilities :
All associates are responsible to comply with operational methods, personnel practices and all communicated requirements to ensure a safe and productive work environment and overall product safety.
Execute said duties to maintain compliance with stated product safety / GMP, legal, regulatory and quality systems requirements.
Qualifications :
Must have 6 months or greater experience operating a forklift
Must be able to lift 35 lbs. above waist and above shoulder level
Must be able to handle basic math and understand basic measurements
