Contact Center Customer Service working from home during the PandemicInbound/Outbound - temp-to-hire: working in a call center environment with 80+ employeesWill be handling incoming and placing outbound calls as follow up regarding home delivery set up and schedules.Light data entry and account management in Excel, Word, and house programs.Will be using Lotus Notes to email as needed.Must be flexible with their schedule to work 8hrs within 6am - 10pm. Training will be 8-5pm M-F.
