Landmark realty is looking for an experienced property manager with handyman skills. Job is part time and pay is per job basis. Eviction:$300, Leasing:$300, Fixing and handyman: per job basis or $25/hr whichever is preferred.
Job is currently part time with flexible hours/on call basis but can convert to full time after 6 months with good performance with a fixed salary of $4400/month+expenses.
Please do not contact if you do not have handyman skills or prior experience. Need to know how to replace a water heater, replace plumbing pipes, unclog drains and other daily skills as well dealing with evictions.
