About Us:
At CTI Communications, we're dedicated to bridging communication gaps by providing essential services through the Lifeline and ACP programs. We are looking for a dynamic supervisor who already leads a team of at least 5 agents to help expand our reach and impact.
Role Overview:
The supervisor will head a team of 5 agents to facilitate the enrollment and distribution of Lifeline and ACP benefits to eligible individuals. This role requires a leader who can effectively manage, motivate, and drive their team to achieve set objectives while ensuring compliance with all program regulations.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of at least 5 agents in promoting and enrolling eligible individuals in the Lifeline/ACP programs.
Monitor and report on team performance and program metrics.
Ensure all team activities adhere to legal and program standards.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize outreach and impact.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a supervisor in sales, customer service, or similar.
Must already have a team of at least 5 agents ready to engage upon hire.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Knowledge of the Lifeline/ACP programs is highly desirable.
