Property Inspector (Pulaski & Saline County)
We are seeking a reliable individual to assist with inspecting our real estate acquisitions, primarily in Pulaski and Saline County. As our on-the-ground representative, you will follow a detailed checklist to capture photos and videos of assigned properties.
Responsibilities:
Meet with sellers (as needed)
Conduct property inspections
Install lockboxes when required
Requirements:
Smartphone with a camera
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
Flexible schedule
Real estate experience is preferred but not required
Compensation: $20/hr, starting from the time you begin traveling to the property until the inspection is complete.
Payment via Venmo (no reimbursement for gas)
