We are seeking skilled Weekend Customer Service Reps to join our leasing team! You will be responsible for matching customers with one of our available rental properties that fits their needs. We have hundreds of emails and calls that come in every day to respond to- no cold calling, no telemarketing We are flexible and willing to work with qualified candidates on hours that suit your needs.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about our properties and services
Troubleshoot and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving business
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields needed
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This part time job is great for working professionals who need a bit more income. It is also great for college students to fit into their schedule. What we need are those who don't mind being on the phone helping people. What we need is someone who is sharp and can empathetic to other people's needs on finding a home to rent. It is easy work but requires dedication to stay on the phone.
This is not a minimum wage job where you sit behind a desk and are bored waiting on the next customer. We will pay you at $15 per hour and we expect you to be on the phone half the time you are working. You will have plenty to do and time will pass quickly. Only those dedicated to be on the phone need apply. No real estate experience needed. This is customer service.
