NTI@Home is a Social Security Administration contractor and a non-profit Employment Network focused on placing Americans with disabilities into virtual jobs. NTI has successfully served its mission since 1995 by working with Fortune 500 companies, contracting with the US Government and others.
We prepare applicants for our virtual customer service positions with the tools and skills they need to succeed! NTI offers free training for our applicants that will include everything you will need to be placed in a job. We also provide self-paced training courses including key job skills like basic interview skills, resume writing, Microsoft Office basics and more.
