Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of remodeling tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, painting, and fixture installation.
-Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining quality craftsmanship.
-Communicate effectively with clients throughout the remodeling process, addressing any concerns or modifications.
-Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors as needed to complete projects.
-Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
Requirements
- This is an intermediate position, looking for self starters
- Have a willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of mobile home construction and remodeling techniques is a plus.
