Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supervisor and Site Manager; we are hands on. As a supervisor, you will be responsible to manage and work with the team working on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings in a mall.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, sanitizing, sweeping and organizing rooms and common areas
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and countertops
- Pick up trash, change bags in trash cans
- Stock and replenish supplies in designated areas
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Follow established safety guidelines and protocols
- Adhere to housekeeping management policies and procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting heavy objects or prolonged standing/walking
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
