RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Product Developer Technical in Little Rock, AR.
Summary:The primary function of this role is to support overall redesign efforts for the company's enterprise attendance auditing application. Work is currently underway in the Security, ETL, Database, and Application layers. Working with a small team, this developer role requires self-driven study, in-depth process analysis, design, documentation, and advanced development for timely deliverables in one of our most complex and internally sensitive applications. This role works with stakeholders across the business and our partners to assist in identifying solutions to solve business challenges. This individual must be self-motivated and thrive in an environment with a high degree of autonomy while also working closely with teammates. They collaborate in development efforts with on and offshore teams in the technical execution of medium to highly complex deliverables while proactively communicating status reports and issues to PMs and managers.Duties: 80% - Development and testing of complex critical components of project delivery 20% - Project Meetings, Documenting, Planning, AligningREQUIREMENTS: BS/BA degree required; MS degree desired 4+ years of experience in TSQL/ETL, database design and optimization (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) 4+ years of experience with overall Microsoft Stack (MSSQL, C#) 3+ years in agile development delivery Experience in the following technologies preferred: HTML/CSS, JavaScript technologies (jQuery and ReactJS), .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP, .NET MVC/WebAPI (C#), microservice-based architectures, familiarity with open stack technologies Experience in working with data automation across multiple environments (ETL) SSIS Advanced component experience (transformation objects in data flow) Positive, self-motivated, and forward-thinking Strong documentation skills Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and communication streams throughout the day Expert experience in TSQL Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
