Description We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Network Administrator to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, maintenance, and security of our computer network infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring network stability, performance, and uptime to support our business operations.Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Configure and troubleshoot network security protocols (e.g., VPNs, ACLs).

Monitor network performance and identify potential issues (e.g., latency, bandwidth usage).

Perform network capacity planning and implement network upgrades.

Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems.

Automate routine network tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

Document network configurations and procedures.

Stay up-to-date on emerging networking technologies and best practices.

Provide technical support to users regarding network-related issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator.

Strong understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching).

Experience with network operating systems (e.g., Cisco IOS, Juniper Junos, Windows Server).

Working knowledge of network security principles (e.g., firewalls, VPNs).

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud networking technologies (e.g., AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Network).

Experience with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).

Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, PRTG).

Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Security+).
