- Minimum 5-7 years of experience within Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 F&O
- Prior end-to-end implementation experience
- Extensive experience leading teams as a project manager
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Manage, lead, and provide oversight for Dynamics AX/D365 F&O implementation projects with a diverse portfolio of clients
- Develop and manage project budgets
- Perform requirements analysis, planning and forecasting
- Identify, design, and implement ERP process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
- 5+ years experience within the Dynamics AX/D365 F&O space
- Experience with system design and development from a business requirements analysis
- Ability to work under a tight deadline and handle multiple detail-oriented tasks
- Knowledge and practice with SCRUM, Agile, and Business Process Improvement methodologies
- Ability to get all members of a team working together to ensure project delivery to the client
- Expert experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and find opportunities for improvement
