It is also important to display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively educate patients and their families on the in-home healthcare process.ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do:
Assist surgeon and surgical team in the CVOR
Care for patients before, during, and after procedures
Develop and implement nursing care plan for surgical patients
Ensure operating rooms are prepped with all necessary equipment and supplies
Demonstrate a high level of compassion for patients
We are offering a sign on bonus up to $25,000 depending on shift to hires who meet the eligibility requirements.We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder as well as referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance.Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Specialty certification (ex: CCRN, CNOR, CEN) preferred
Additional certification or licensure may be required for some specialty areas
