MRI Software is seeking an Accounting Support Intern to join our team in Little Rock! This individual will assist a team of Accounting Assistants and Fee Accountants with data entry, receiving and returning client documents for fee accounting clients of Lindsey Software, An MRI Software Company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Data entry – keying checks and budgets into software
Bank reconciliations
Recording the receipt of client documents through USPS or online file sharing service
Communicating receipt of client documents to fee accountants
Returning client documents that are received through USPS
Recording the completion of client monthly financial statements into software
Proficient the Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Ability to communicate effectively with accountants and management through oral or written communication
Ability to work independently
Ability to work under deadlines
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities
A high degree of dependability, motivation and flexibility
High School diploma or GED required, Associates degree or Bachelors degree in progress a plus
