Our business is rapidly expanding, and we’re currently booked through January—with more projects coming in every week. We’re looking to add two dependable and skilled carpenters to our team immediately.
About the Role:
Job Type: Full-time, with consistent weekly hours
Pay: Starting at $20/hour during the 2 wk trial period. Based on performance, pay increases to $30–$35/hour. We work a minimum 40 hour a week with a maximum 60 hour a week. We pay time and a 1/2 over 40 hours after 90 days insurance and benefits.
Work Area: Projects are within a 75-mile radius of Jonesboro, AR. We make every effort to keep you working near your home.
Project Type: We specialize in building custom decking for clients who already have existing front porches but need safe, high-quality decks and railing systems added.

Table saws
Miter saws
Nail guns
Compressors
Ladders
You Provide:
Your own hand tools, power screw gun, and personal safety gear
