Our client is searching for a Field Technician for a long-term contract position in Southwest Arkansas.
This position will be responsible for covering several counties throughout southwestern Arkansas.Duties:- Troubleshooting IT hardware, software and basic end user support
- Installing and upgrading a variety of hardware and software technologies when needed
- Traveling to various sites and walking the end user through processes if needed.
Qualifications:- Candidates must be very professional with excellent customer service
- Candidates must have strong troubleshooting skills
- Candidates must have reliable transportation to travel to sites
