Seeking a hardworking, self-motivated, honest individual to manage our apartment complexes in Fort Smith, AR.
The Multi-Family complexes consists 107 units - mostly 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments.
Management Experience is required, but Property Management would be a plus.
This Position requires an individual to have the ability to manage personnel, interact with potential residents, showing units, and familiarizing them with property.
Processing applications online. Also addressing all current residents concerns, posting payments, remote bank deposits, and ordering supplies for maintenance. Must have computer experience, as all our software is online.
This is a Monday - Friday 8-5 position. No Weekends Please email resume or call to set up an interview.
