Law Firm accepting inquiries regarding an Independent Contractor : Part-time Remote Family Legal Assistant in the Fort Smith area or nearby Eastern Oklahoma with a minimum of four (4) years experience regarding Oklahoma Family Law, divorce, custody, guardianship, adoption, etc. Experience in other areas of law an asset. Must have reliable transportation. Tasks will include, but are not limited to preparation of pleadings and legal documents, communication with clients, filing pleadings; retrieving records, documents, items, etc. from clients and/or medical providers or other entities. Must have access to computer, scanner, fax, etc. Starting contract rate: $20.00 per hour plus fuel allowance regarding limited travel.
