I own a house in Bella Vista that needs some work on the current mini-split systems. The house is small but has two systems: one for the master bedroom (which was an add-on room) and one for the rest of the house.
The mini-split system in the master bedroom has pretty much completely stopped heating. It may just need to be recharged or it may need to be replaced. I also need to add a head unit or two to the larger, LG, system for the rest of the house.
I'm looking to hire someone who is looking for some side work on a weekend or is between jobs and wants some freelance work during the week. I hire a lot of contractors and I always pay fairly, I just prefer to pay individuals with a small company instead of the large companies that are uncharging for extravagant overhead.
Please be licensed and able to file a permit. Will pay you additional for a permit fee, if needed to be filed.
I also own a design & build company. If I can find someone good, I would want to keep them on-hand for work for clients as well.
