Local technology services company looking to hire part time IT technicians to service customer base in NWA.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service and front line for all customer needs
- Respond to all issues (hardware and software) and prioritize as necessary
- Document calls and procedures, work/time involved and resolution
- Maintain office, workspace and inventory levels
- Other as assigned
Skills and Experience desired:
- Previous technical experience
- Technical troubleshooting and problem solving
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems (MAC and Linux would also be nice)
- Familiar with Active directory, Exchange, Azure, Office 365, etc.
- Familiar with virtualization and assorted products
- Strong understanding of networking and experience with network devices
- Basic understanding of PC/computer hardware set-up and configuration.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and Valid driver's license. Ability to travel and service customers on-site is a must. Travel between company offices will also be required. All travel governed and regulated by COVID-19 current travel recommendation.
- At least a high school degree (prefer some college)
- Flexibility in scheduling and number of hours worked per week.
The ability to work independently, be organized and self motivated will serve you well in this position. While there is plenty of support and expertise to draw from in the beginning, you will eventually be expected to operate with little supervision.

Pay starts at $17.00 per hour or compensation commensurate with experience.
