Lindsey Management Co., Inc. in Fayetteville, AR has an immediate need for an experienced full-time receptionist/mail clerk.

Ideal candidate will exhibit a professional presence with a winning customer service attitude and will have the following experience, skills and abilities:

Proven work experience as a receptionist, mail clerk, front office representative or similar role

Excellent phone etiquette

Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite

Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. postage machines and printers)

Professional attitude and appearance

Solid verbal and written communication skills (including the use of proper grammar)

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when difficult issues arise

Excellent organizational skills

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

High school degree (or equivalent)
