WestRock Maintenance Electrical Technician FULL-TIME $29.59/hr 2021 S 5th St, Rogers, AR 72758 Pay: $29.59 to $34.69/hour (based upon testing) Duties include: · Performing routine and preventative maintenance and repair procedures on electrical and mechanical systems involving production equipment and plant systems, including the plant’s main power supply system. · Performing minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment. · Repairing electrical equipment/systems and control circuits; and replaces faulty electrical equipment as needed. This troubleshooting element is inclusive of Three Phase Motors and Programmable Logical Controls (PLC) applications. · Must have a working knowledge of relay logic and be capable of applying this knowledge in the troubleshooting of the PLC’s in the production equipment. · Must have a strong understanding of NFPA 70E standards and be capable of applying these standards in the work situation. · May operate a computer which controls and monitors mechanical equipment and utility systems. · Calibrating and repairing pneumatic systems and other mechanical systems on production equipment to assure optimum performance of that production process. · Maintaining records of scheduled maintenance procedures.Schedule - Shift start: 3:00PM or 11:00PM - Shift length: 8 hours - Days: Monday-Friday, some overtimeBenefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 60 days - Paid time off - 401kRequirements - At least 2 years of Electro-Mechanical Automation System Installation & Troubleshooting Experience. - Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3-phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls, and power transmission systems - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen - Must pass background check - Can lift 50 lbsAbout WestRock WestRock Company manufactures and sells paper and packaging solutions for the consumer and corrugated markets in North America, South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
