We have some new openings for a great client in Rogers! These positions are either 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on a 2-2-3 schedule (two days on, two days off, 3 days on, alternating weekends). Drug test and background check required. Pay is $17.00/hour and these are temp-to-hire positions. See job description below. - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Familiarity with operating production machinery and equipment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
