Affirma’s marketing services team is growing and looking for a skilled PPC and SEO marketer. As the marketing agency of the larger Affirma Consulting organization, you will work with a passionate team to support our client’s SEO, PPC, and content marketing efforts while maintaining our exceptional track record of client satisfaction. This role may be seated in our Fayetteville, AR office or fully remote.

Your day-to-day will consist of strategy formation, conducting SEO and PPC audits, and execution on projects that may include content writing, ad management, CRO, and reporting, and you will grow to eventually manage assigned customer accounts.

During your first 90 days, you will be onboarded to our organizational values, gain familiarity with our client base, and shadow senior marketing consultants while you up your skillset on the various platforms, tools, and tactics we work with our clients on.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct high-quality SEO and PPC audits to uncover insightful findings, develop action items, and confidently present your recommendations

Perform goal-oriented keyword and persona research for use in SEO and PPC campaigns

Draft varying levels of engaging content from ad copy to long-form blog posts and whitepapers

Effectively use SEO insights to implement and refine remarketing, display, video, and other campaign strategies in Google Ads

Develop landing pages utilizing templates and drag-and-drop editors

Prepare and present client-facing audits and metric reports, providing data-driven recommendations and creative strategies to meet our clients’ goals

Continually build a trusted advisor relationship with our clients, support our sales team on prospective accounts, and manage a small book of marketing account

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience with SEO management and Google Ads, ideally liaising with multiple stakeholders or clients

Demonstrated experience with CRO best practices, strategies, and platforms

Experience researching and writing technical content

Analytical capabilities to measure and report on effectiveness of campaigns and make informed decisions based on data

Confidence to drive conversations with executive stakeholders, as well as to support your recommendations

Learn from mistakes, be willing to ask for support, and help our clients grow

Nice-to-have:

Agency or consulting experience preferred

Degree in marketing, communications, PR, advertising, business management or related fields

Additional experience with LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, content marketing, and other platforms

Experience working with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Marketo and/or others

Project management experience
