We're currently looking for a Kitchen Manager for our pub in Rogers:

If this sounds appealing - here's what we're looking for:

2+ years of current Kitchen Manager experience in a restaurant with 4-5 work stations.

High volume background, must have experience managing restaurants doing over $2 million per year in sales

A stable work history

Working knowledge of restaurant operations and kitchen controls

Training experience - developing other cooks and staff to meet the same standards that you hold

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Maintaining superior food quality & consistency, and food hygiene/safety procedures

5 shifts per week - Monthly Insurance stipend
